How quickly do I receive my commission?
Commission is paid once the project completes and we receive payment from your client. Typically within 7-14 days of project completion.
What if my client doesn't proceed?
No problem whatsoever. There's zero risk to you. If a client decides not to proceed, you simply don't earn commission on that referral. No penalties, no awkwardness.
Do I need to be present for any meetings?
Absolutely not. We handle all client communications, consultations, and logistics directly. You're welcome to attend if you wish, but it's entirely optional.
Is there a limit to how many clients I can refer?
No limit. Refer as many clients as you like. Whether it's 2 per year or 20, we're equipped to handle the volume and you earn commission on every successful project.
What's included in the package price?
All furniture, styling accessories, professional installation, and our design service. Commission is calculated on the package price excluding VAT, delivery, installation, curtains, and electrical work.
